"Not much variety, honestly"
I got bored with it quickly. The classes all started to feel the same, and there just weren’t enough options on the schedule. It feels like something simple, like offering a decent mix of classes, was made harder than it needed to be. Not really worth it for me.

"Good classes, cancellation took a bit"
I liked going to Row House overall. The classes were good, and once I asked about the cancellation policy, it was clear. It just took a little back and forth to actually get everything wrapped up, so... not the smoothest process. But they were fine about it and didn’t make it a big hassle or anything. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Didn’t really notice much"
The workout felt weak to me. I didn’t really feel much afterward, so it kind of seemed unnecessary for what I was expecting

"Equipment seemed worn"
I stopped in hoping to get a decent row in, but the machine I ended up on just felt kind of beat up. The handle was a little sticky and the seat didn’t slide smoothly, which threw me off. Maybe I just picked a bad one, I’m not sure, but a few others nearby looked like they’d seen better days too. The staff seemed nice, but based on that visit, the equipment didn’t really feel worth it

"Good classes, but the sales vibe was a bit much"
I actually really liked the classes and thought the instructors were great. That said, the sales side felt a little too eager, like they were more focused on getting me to sign up for more than just letting me enjoy the experience. Not a dealbreaker, but it definitely took away from it a bit...

"Helps when I’m dragging"
This keeps me moving on days when I really don’t feel like it. The little push it gives are just enough to get me going.

"I gave Row House a try because..."
I gave Row House a try because I was hoping for that fun, community-style class vibe, but it felt kind of chilly from the start. It seemed like most people already had their little circles, and if you were new, well, you could definitely feel it.

The staff weren’t outright rude or anything, but I wouldn’t say they went out of their way to make anyone feel included either. For a place that seems to sell itself on group energy, it was interesting how easy it was to leave feeling like you were just in the way. Not really my scene.

"Kind of embarrassed by the locker room"
I felt a little embarrassed even being in there. The floors looked dirty, and the showers had this bad smell that made it hard to feel clean afterward. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it definitely could use more attention...

"Form help was literally not that helpful"
The coach did correct my form, but it felt rushed. I was hoping for clearer guidance, and I left still a bit unsure about what I was supposed to fix

"They Made It Sound Simple, But It Wasn’t"
I signed up because they made everything sound easy and straightforward, but that really wasn’t the case. A lot of the important contract details felt buried, and nobody clearly explained them before I agreed to anything. They also promised it would be simple to cancel if I needed to, but when I actually tried, I ended up calling around and getting different answers. Maybe I missed some fine print, but people shouldn’t have to dig this much just to understand what they’re signing.

"Support seems nice, but way too slow"
I’m sure the support team is probably trying their best, but it took forever to get a reply and I still didn’t really get any help. Maybe they’re good when they actually get to you, but my experience was frustrating

"I’ve been using the Row House app to..."
I’ve been using the Row House app to book classes, it has made the process more frustrating than it needs to be. The app often loads slowly, freezes right when I’m trying to reserve a spot, and a few times it showed availability only to tell me the class was full after I tapped through. Not ideal, especially when you’re just trying to get your workout scheduled.

The schedule section could also be a lot cleaner. It feels a bit cluttered, and I find myself tapping around more than necessary just to locate my studio. For a paid membership experience, I’d expect the app to be smoother and more reliable overall.

"Coaching felt a bit confusing"
The classes were alright, but the coach didn’t really explain the moves clearly, so I ended up feeling lost a lot of the time

"Nice Spot, But Parking Needs to Be Addressed"
I liked the place overall, but the parking situation was frustrating. It took way too long to find a spot, and it didn’t feel like there was a clear plan or enough guidance for guests. If parking is going to be that limited, they should be upfront about it or have someone managing it better.

"Uncomfortable rowing machine"
I really wanted to like this rowing machine, but the seat was so uncomfortable that it started hurting my back quickly. I kept trying to adjust and make it work, but it felt like I was begging the thing to be usable, and I ended up feeling resentful about the whole experience.

"The classes were okay overall..."
The classes were okay overall, but the front desk staff seemed a bit cold. I asked a really simple question and got such a short answer that it felt like I was bothering them. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just didn’t feel very welcoming.

"The studio could definitely use better cleaning"
When I walked in, the studio just didn’t feel very clean. There was dust around the machines, some of the seats were sweaty, and the bathroom had a bad smell. I get that classes can be busy, but it seems like basic cleanup between sessions should be expected, especially in a workout space.

"I checked out Row House because I was..."
I checked out Row House because I was interested in trying the classes, but the membership pricing caught me off guard. Just a heads up to anyone looking into it: it started feeling expensive really quickly for what you’re getting.
The classes might be great, but the monthly cost was enough to make me walk away. I just wish the pricing was clearer and didn’t feel like such a big commitment right away...

"Not exactly beginner-friendly"
I went into this as a complete beginner, the whole “beginner” label felt generous. The pace was way too fast, things weren’t explained clearly, and I never really felt comfortable stopping to ask questions. If you’re brand new, I’d probably skip this one and look for something that actually takes first-timers seriously.

"Still waiting for my refund"
I asked for a refund and just kept getting passed around to different people. I still haven’t gotten a clear answer, which is frustrating, if that makes sense.
